About Me

I am licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Idaho and am currently offering teletherapy. If you have any questions teletherapy you are  welcome to email or call me with any questions.

I received my master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University in Seattle. I worked part-time for four years at LifeWire, a domestic violence agency where I supported survivors using a variety of therapeutic techniques. I am trained in Lifespan Integration which is a new therapy technique that relies on the body-mind to heal itself. 

I am a certified health coach through the Health Coach Institute and am a big believer in the mind-body connection. This holistic approach can be combined with the traditional counseling modality.

I have always had a passion for figuring out what makes a person tick and becoming a therapist has been a lifelong dream for me. I love working with my clients to help them heal and move forward in their life.
